The Emerson family is all about legacy, about family, about values. We're all about leaving this place a little better off than the way we found it. We're all about the spirit of adventure, the ideas and meaning of being self-sufficient, of independence and rugged individualism.

The idea of sovereignty runs deep in this family, all the way back to Isa Emerson, our great-great-great-grandfather, a Minuteman who fought at the battle of Lexington and Concord, April 19th, 1775, the very first battle of the Revolutionary War; a direct relative of ours fighting for freedom, liberty, sovereignty. He was an uncommon man.
